INGREDIENTS
We use carefully selected Japanese ingredients such as sake lees, miso, soy saucekoji, sweet koji, and black soybeans, as well as mountain herbs like pesticide-free yomogi and persimmon leaves from Aso HerbGarden, along with Okinawa turmeric and black carrots. POLYLOGY GRANOLA is crafted with care, with the aim of supporting people's health from within as a new Japanese health food that can reach the world.
